1.	The depth of the Sustainable Water Source for installation of Solar Agri-Pump is as mentioned in application (A1). If the pump does not operate due to incorrect water level record as mentioned, then it will not be liable for mutilation. I am aware of this.
2.	To qualify under this scheme I am willing to pay beneficiary share (10 per cent for the GENERAL beneficiaries / 5 per cent for SC / ST beneficiaries) of the central basic cost of solar pump.
3.	I am responsible for the day-to-day monitoring and security of solar pump. I have not received electricity connection for agriculture pump in the place I have demanded solar pump. I am aware that if I suffer any damage to the solar pump, I shall be responsible for all of it.
4.	I hereby consent the permission to enter my farm land for the installation of this solar pump. Also, I will cooperate properly with the officers, repair personnel from time to time for solar inspection and will not interfere with or obstruct them.
5.	The farmland (Survey no ) in which solar pump has been installed, is to be sell within a 5 year period of this contract, I am obliged to obtain a written permission (no objection certificate) from and that's what I guarantee today.
6.	I am aware that in any case I am not allowed to transfer, sell, technological changes or repair any solar plant.
7.	If any equipment of the solar pump is stolen / damaged due to Natural Calamity, I will lodge the first information report to the nearest police station and take the responsibility of reporting it to the MSEDCL. In case of delay I am aware that & will not be eligible for compensation.
8.	I am fully aware of the overall responsibility for the day-to-day maintenance, management and use of the solar plant is mine , and I guarantee it.
9.	I will not make any alterations or changes to the installation setup of this solar pump, if this happens I shall be responsible for the damages caused. For some technical reasons or due to a defect in the solar pump if the solar pump is stopped, I fully understand and agree that MSEDCL will not be responsible for the any loss / damage of farm produce due to such failure.
10.	I consent to the purchase of solar energy generated by this solar pump under the conventional Power Purchase Bond (RPO) by MSEDCL. All the above terms and conditions will be binding on me as well as my heirs.
11.	The beneficiary should be aware about eligibility criteria before payment of beneficiary contribution and submitting the application. In case, at any stage the application found wrong with respect to the criteria of the scheme, the applicant can't claim the interest or any loss on paid amount due to delay in processing the application at applicant's fault.
12.	I am writing this Guaranteed Letter of Solar Pump today on with pleasure and understanding.
